April Timm is an Accounting and Financial professional and the owner of Timm and Sons, LLC. She brings over 25 years of financial, accounting and business analysis experience ranging from small businesses to fortune 50 companies. Timm and Sons, LLC was started to provide customized services to small businesses from concept to business maturity, supporting them along their journey. April understands that many small business owners are working hard to start and run a successful business and that they need to hire services which are not their expertise. Organizing, managing and understanding financial data is where April excels. She works in partnership with business owners to define their needs to provide a specific to the business needs package.
Originally from Texas, April has called mid-Michigan home since 2000. She received her bachelor’s in business administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University and her Master’s in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. Since 1996 April has worked in companies of varying sizes across multiple industries. In 2017 she established Timm and Sons, LLC as a part time small business venture to establish a legacy for her sons. The goal is to move her business to a full-time venture as she grows with her clients.
April and her two boys live in Midland, Michigan with their Ragdoll cats and yellow lab where they enjoy being active outdoors, traveling and trying new adventures to make memories.
